Assessments

CABSupports offers targeted and comprehensive evaluations to assess for learning disabilities, ADHD, giftedness, emotional disorders, and Autism. Evaluations consist of information from multiple sources to identify a child’s educational and psychological strengths and needs. This includes interviews, teacher input, rating scales, and standardized cognitive and achievement assessments. Results and further recommendations are provided in a comprehensive report and feedback session. This process will provide you with important information to best support your child. 

Assessment FAQS:

CABSupports assesses children and adolescents ages 5-18.

Cost ranges from $750 up to $2000 depending on the referral concerns and type of assessments conducted.

We do not take insurance but are happy to provide you with insurance codes via a superbill if you would like to send it to your insurance company.

Multiple sessions will likely be necessary to complete a comprehensive evaluation.

Caregivers will be asked to provide all previous educational or clinical evaluations.
